eVHC reporting drives £90k+ revenue uplift
Six-site group
Using eVHC reporting the group rolled out a focused improvement programme.
We worked closely with a customer group who identified, through their eVHC reporting in AutoBI, that their technicians were flagging significant volumes of red work. But conversion was low.
The data made the opportunity impossible to ignore. Rather than simply monitoring the numbers, the group used the insight to drive a focused improvement programme.
They put emphasis on process adherence at site level: ensuring the right conversations were happening at the right time, and that advisors had the tools and confidence to present red work to customers effectively.
The results from this targeted effort speak for themselves:
- Sold and invoice value increased by 21%
- Increase in value identified by technicians increased by 5%
- Parts sold per VHC increased by 18%
- Quarterly revenue across the 6 retailers increased by £90k
What makes this particularly impressive is the efficiency of the uplift: a 21% increase in sold and invoiced values achieved from only a 5% increase in the valueidentified by technicians.
The improvement was driven almost entirely by betterconversion of existing opportunity, not by identifying more work.
AutoBI’s eVHC reportingprovided real-time visibility, performance transparency and actionable data at every stage of the VHC process, allowing the business to identify thegap, act on it, and sustain the improvement over time.
