AutoBI joins Bumper Group in first acquisition for payments provider

We’re pleased to announce AutoBI has been acquired by the Bumper Group, the specialist payments provider for the automotive industry.

Recently celebrating its tenth year, Bumper operates across the UK, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands. The digital payments provider also has offices in Sheffield, London, Ankara, Barcelona, and Frankfurt.

This new acquisition will enable Bumper and AutoBI to strengthen their digital offering for dealers with streamlined payment and invoicing options.

AutoBI will continue with the business and founder Jonathan Shallcross will continue as CEO.
